You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers.

This comfortable 4-bedroom villa offers a spacious retreat for up to 9 guests, set in a tranquil area just 10 km from the stunning beaches of Lloret de Mar. The villa is spread across two floors, each functioning as an independent apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large dining room with a cozy fireplace and TV, leading to a shady terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. This floor also features a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second apartment has a large living room with TV and access to a terrace offering mountain views.

Outside, the property offers a beautiful and private outdoor area with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, and plenty of garden space. The shady terrace provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing by the pool. Parking is also available on-site. With 1,700m2 of land surrounding the 120m2 house, the property provides ample space for family activities and relaxation.

Please note that this villa is exclusively available for families, with reservations for groups of young people under 35 years of age not allowed. Pets are accepted only upon request, with a supplement. Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge, and sheets and towels are not included, but can be provided for a fee. Ideal for a peaceful family getaway, this villa combines comfort, privacy, and proximity to the beautiful Costa Brava beaches.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
