The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers.

The villa features 5 double rooms, two of which are suites, with the added benefit of one suite having a living room. There are also 3 modern bathrooms, a large dining room with terrace access, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. In case the property is booked for more than 10 people, then an additional cost must be paid for the sixth bedroom (a suite annex to the Villa), 150€/ night.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
