Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with boiler (50 litres). Exit to the loggia. Bath/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Side view of the mountains. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m. Shop 10 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 1 km, railway station "Llançà" 1.5 km, pebble beach "El Port", diving center 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Golf Peralada 18 km, Casino Peralada 18 km, Aquabrava Roses (Aquapark) 18 km, Centro equestre 4 km, Cadaques 16 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 20 km. Hiking paths: Parc natural del Cap de Creus, Monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes, Parc natural de l'Albera. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
