Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 150 cm), digital TV, flat screen and electric heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm), electric heating. Shower/WC. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
