Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, boiler. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only ES. HUTG-025700

Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.8 km, railway station "LLançà" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Platja de Guifreu" 750 m, rocky beach "Cap Ras", swimming bay 400 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
