In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and an additional toilet. Guests benefit from included Wi-Fi, bed linen, and outdoor parking. Optional extras such as pool towels, cots, and high chairs are available upon request. Towels are provided at an additional charge, and a €300 refundable deposit is required at check-in. Tourist tax is applicable to guests over 16, and flexible check-in options are offered during low season.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
