The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

This modern villa, designed for family comfort, offers ample space with three double bedrooms—one featuring a double bed and the others equipped with twin beds—alongside a double sofa bed in the living room, allowing accommodation for up to eight guests. The villa welcomes pets in select cases, making it suitable for families with small dogs. With a private 24 m² swimming pool, air conditioning, ping-pong table, darts, barbecue setup, and both a private garage and an additional parking space, the home is fully equipped for a relaxing and entertaining stay. Guests can unwind on the spacious terrace or enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area.

Located just 600 meters or a seven-minute walk from Riells Beach in L’Escala, the villa is ideal for beach-loving families. The wide, shallow beach with crystal-clear water is perfect for children. The nearby beachfront promenade is lively and filled with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and various shops. A supermarket is only 700 meters away, and a children's amusement park is within a 13-minute walk, offering plenty of local entertainment options. The location also allows easy access to other coastal areas and local transport hubs.

The open-concept kitchen connects directly to the terrace and barbecue area and comes fully stocked with essential cookware and utensils. Two bathrooms with showers—one on each level—offer convenience for groups or families. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, while towels, pool towels, baby cots, high chairs, and late check-in are available as optional services

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
