The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a garden, a balcony, a barbecue, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a garage.

This charming apartment is ideally located on the seafront, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Just 200 meters from the historic center of L'Escala, the apartment provides easy access to two quiet beaches right in front, and is only a short walk from the town's central beaches and the beautiful Empúries beaches, located 750 meters away. The location ensures a peaceful atmosphere, as the street is restricted to residents only, and there's a green area with a promenade leading directly to the beaches.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, with four spacious rooms: two double bedrooms and two rooms with two single beds each. The mattresses are new and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment features two newly renovated bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with spectacular sea views provide the perfect setting for both relaxation and dining. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and a private parking space (note: 4x4 cars cannot fit due to height restrictions).

The apartment offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, including internet access, bed linens, and towels. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, and additional services such as late check-in, pool towels, high chairs, and cribs are available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome for an additional charge, and the tourist tax is included in the total price. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
