General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a balcony and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

It features three air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—spread across a single floor. One small dog (up to 10kg) is allowed for an additional fee. Two bathrooms with showers provide added convenience, and the apartment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, while towels and kitchen cloths can be added for a small charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
