The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The property features three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed—making it ideal for families or small groups. While groups under 21 are not allowed, one small dog (up to 10kg) is welcome for a nightly fee. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool used by only four neighboring homes. Optional extras such as high chairs, cots, and beach towels are available on request.

The home is arranged across two floors and includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. There are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower—along with a separate toilet. A Smart-TV is available in the living room, functioning through Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace with barbecue facilities, perfect for dining al fresco. Linen is included, while towels and other extras can be rented at an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
