The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a balcony, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This luxury villa with exceptional sea views, offers an elegant and private retreat for up to eight guests. It features four bedrooms—three with double beds and one with two single beds—making it ideal for families or groups. The villa welcomes one small dog (up to 10 kg) for a nightly fee. Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden, three spacious terraces, and a striking infinity pool that appears to flow into the Mediterranean. The setting is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation, and enjoying the coastal scenery in complete privacy.

Situated in the exclusive area of Cala Montgó on the Costa Brava, the villa is just a short walk from a sandy, shallow beach that’s ideal for children. The surrounding area offers a mix of nature and activity, including hiking trails in the Montgrí Natural Park, which lies just nearby. Guests will also find opportunities for water sports, biking, and fishing. The location blends stunning landscapes with cultural heritage, while local dining and essential services are easily accessible, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

The villa’s interior includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils, perfect for preparing meals at home. It features two full bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower—and an additional toilet. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, internet access, bed linen (included in the cleaning fee), and optional extras such as towels, pool towels, baby equipment, and late check-in services.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
