The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bath and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

This modern and spacious villa, ideal for large families, accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and a double sofa bed. It offers a comfortable stay with three king-size beds, two single beds (which can be converted into a king), and a private suite with air conditioning. Designed for families, the property does not allow pets or youth groups. The outdoor space includes a large fenced private pool (32 m²), a terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a parasol, and a barbecue setup—perfect for enjoying meals under the sun. Private outdoor parking is available for added convenience.

Located just 500 meters from Riells Beach in L’Escala, the villa is a short 5-minute walk from the seafront. The area is rich in amenities, including a nearby port, boat rental facilities, and the yacht club offering sailing and diving experiences. A variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Nature lovers can explore the Montgrí Natural Park, located just 600 meters away, while the historic center of L’Escala is only 2 km from the villa, offering cultural sites and scenic walks.

Inside, the villa features a fully equipped separate kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and capsule coffee machine, with direct access to the outdoor area. There are three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The home is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothesline.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
