Detailed information
Large 16th century house The house is situated on a hill in Guialmons, between cereal fields and with the Serra de Queralt and Montclar in the background. It is a peaceful and quiet place, and although it is hot in the summer, the ascent of the "adobo" and the rather dry climate make it feel very comfortable. From his house, we see the Aguiló after Santa Coloma de Queralt, the old Castell dels Queralt, from which its ruins are preserved and we see the relators S. Miquel and the town of Les Piles. In this room we can admire the beautiful sky of La Conca.
Wide porch with another barbecue with the appropriate furniture to be able to eat and to be for 12 to 15 people. Garden and swimming pool with views of fields and mountains.
The house has a large area of 400 m2. A dining room of 45 m2 and an adjoining terrace of 30 m2 with magnificent views. On the main floor there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, the living room and a kitchen with barbecue and an office that leads to the garden and a terrace.
We are in the northern part of the Cistercian Route (monasteries of the Cistercian Order), an area of cereals and vineyards. The wines of the area have denomination of origin Conca de Barbera, you can visit and visit more than 10 wineries. It is a 16th century house. It was completely renovated in 2003 and is dedicated to independent rural accommodation. We have carried out a careful and gradual restoration, always keeping in mind that we have been able to create a structure and an aesthetic, but we have prepared it completely to enjoy a comfortable stay with all the comforts of today.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
