Upper floor: walk-through room with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Boiler (120 litres). No heating option. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
