Costabravaforrent La Tallada is a beautiful country house in a rural property located in the municipality of La Tallada d'Empordà, where tranquillity, views and open spaces reign for the enjoyment of your holidays.

It is distributed on two floors and has generous, luminous and open spaces to enjoy every moment of the day.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room open to the garden, a large entrance hall with open access to the living room, a double bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower and toilet.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where a hall of 35 m2 leads to three suites (with bathroom and toilet, 2 of them with double bed and the other with two single beds), a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom for 4 people with 4 single beds, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.

All the bedrooms have windows with mosquito nets and fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and floor fans on the ground floor.

Outside there is a furnished terrace with dining table, a garden for children's play, an olive grove and a private saline chlorination swimming pool of 20 x 3.5 metres.

The swimming pool is set in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn garden, sun loungers and a pergola-covered lounge.

Refurbished in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is located in a flat and open property of 5.000 m2 for private use. It has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a wonderful family holiday in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
