It is close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants, and thanks to its location and good communication, it is the ideal place to spend your holidays or even if you are travelling on business, to relax after a long working day. Free parking is available (reservation required).

The house is located in the centre of Masnou, in a pedestrian street, two minutes walk from the Ocata beach. There is a children's playground in the square where the house is located. Bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket 200 metres away. 500 metres from the train station, with trains every 15 minutes until midnight to Plaza Cataluña, in the centre of Barcelona. There is also a night bus available at the end of the train. Very close to the Circuit de Catalunya de Montmeló (Formula 1 and Moto GP) and Roca Village, a 700 m² outlet of big brands where you can do your best shopping.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
