Located just 600 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the center of Empuriabrava, this charming property is set on Isla Cartago, a popular pedestrian area within the Empuriabrava canal system, known for its tranquil atmosphere and lush flowers. Accessed via a private bridge, the house is a short 100-meter walk from the bridge, with the garage located on the other side.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with large sofas, satellite TV, and direct access to a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. A 4-meter mooring is available for easy water access. The first floor includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and balcony overlooking the port, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The second floor offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed and access to a large terrace with sun loungers and lovely views. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, private garage, and outdoor seating by the canal. Sheets and towels are available at an extra cost.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
