Located in the heart of the Empuriabrava commercial center, this cozy apartment complex offers an ideal base just 125 meters from the beach and the scenic canals of the Empuriabrava Marina on the northern Costa Brava. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens filled with vibrant flowers, the residence features several three-story buildings designed for comfort and relaxation. Each apartment, starting from 36 m², includes one, two, or three double bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living area with two sofa beds, and a large furnished terrace. Guests will also find a complete bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and a 30" flat-screen TV with international channels for a pleasant stay.
The property offers extensive leisure facilities suitable for families and couples alike. There are four outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, spacious garden areas, and a playground. During summer (June 15 to September 15), a Mini Club is available for children aged 4–12 years, while mini-golf, internet corner, and safe deposit boxes are available for a small supplement. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
