This apartment features two bedrooms and can sleep up to five persons. It was built in 2007 with a modern structure and is located in Castelldefels (Barcelona). This residential area is approx. 400 metres away from the town centre of Castelldefels where you find all the shops you need for daily necessities. The apartment building has three floors with three apartments on each floor so that only a maximum of nine parties can be staying in the resort. Guests can enjoy the benefits of an elevator.
The resort also has a private swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of guests staying in one of the nine apartments. A private parking space, free of charge WIFI, satellite television and a private safe are also available. The premises are fenced in so you are shielded from onlookers.
The fully furnished apartment boasts one bedroom with a double bed and one more bedroom with two single beds plus a comfortable sofa bed at the living room (1,3 meters wide), a bathroom with a shower, terrace, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop and all those things you need for cooking and dining. The apartment also enjoys a washing machine and a heating and cooling air conditioning system. The living room with plasma screen television also has a sofa bed. The terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding area is furnished with a round table and two chairs. The apartments are cleaned twice a week including towel change.
A bus- and train station is less than 300 metres away from the building, with both bus and train offering connections to the inner city of Barcelona. The airport is a 10 km drive away. The city is 18km away and can be reached via toll free roads.
The nearest beach is 400 metres away and 500 metres away you find an artificial lake. To the centre of town it’s a walk of approx. six minutes. A shopping mall is 500 metres away. Within a 50 to 350 metre distance you find more supermarkets as well as various types of restaurants, and there are more restaurants and bars within a 500 metre distance.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
