It is ideally situated just 3 km from the beautiful turquoise beach of Blanes and is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, making it a convenient retreat for families. The villa offers a private swimming pool (7×3.5m), a large covered terrace perfect for outdoor meals, and a barbecue area, all surrounded by a peaceful and private setting. The property also includes a garage for 2 cars.

The villa features a comfortable and well-equipped interior, including a large living room with satellite TV and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, with appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
