In the district of Sa Punta 1 km from the centre of Playa de Pals, 6 km from the centre of Pals, 45 km from the centre of Gerona, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Private: garden with lawn and trees. Steep motor access. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop "Pals" 7 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "platja del racó" 950 m. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
