The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a DVD player, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool, a balcony, an air conditioner, a bicycle parking, a patio and a table tennis table. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins, three baths with showers, a shower, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday villa is within walking distance of the beach of Arenys de Mar where you can spend a nice quiet day on your towel. This town is known for its fishing port, recognized as the most important in Catalonia, where the auction of freshly caught fish takes place every evening. A wide range of restaurants in the harbor offers first-class seafood and other typical dishes from the area. On the ground floor you will find a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with very beautiful sea views.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 170,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
