The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

I would like you to get to know . A wonderful place in the north of Spain, located in the Sierra de la Demanda, between La Rioja and Burgos, 16 km from Ezcaray (La Rioja). There I have a flat for nature lovers to enjoy. If you are interested in taking a few days of rest, this is the perfect place for you. The house has three floors, the first one with a kitchen-dining room equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, television, washing machine and a toilet. On the first floor there is a cosy bedroom with two beds and a bathroom, and on the third floor there is a cosy and warm little room with two single beds. The whole house has central heating and in the dining room there is a wood-burning cooker, relax in the garden while you enjoy the rich gastronomy and admire the beautiful mountain views. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
