In the large garden of 4000 m2 there is a swimming pool of 14 x 7 m. which includes another one for children of 9 m2, fenced as a security measure. Covered porch with barbecue. At the end of the garden, a regulation tennis court with night lighting. The swimming pool, the garden and the tennis court are for exclusive use.

Torrelavega, (the second largest town in Cantabria), is 10 minutes drive away and has supermarkets as well as all kinds of shops and restaurants and in the capital, Santander is 15 kms away with its shops, restaurants, casino and fine sandy beaches and the coastal resorts of Liencres, Mogro and Suances are close by.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
