Our approximately 90 m² flat 2 has a cosy bedroom, which is ideal for 2 people. The oversized entrance hall offers ideal space for an additional extra bed. Flat 2 has a very attractive and cosy lounge (living area) with an open, fully equipped kitchen. This holiday flat also has a modern, inviting bathroom. From the open-plan living area you can access a sun terrace of around 20m², and the bedroom also has its own slightly smaller terrace. From every room in the flat, as well as from the terraces, you have a wonderful panoramic sea view.

In addition to the comfortable, fully equipped holiday flats, the outdoor area of Casa Villa la Vega is also an absolute highlight. A well-maintained tropical garden surrounds the large heated pool. In addition to the large terraces of the individual flats, the pool area also has an inviting and wind-protected sun terrace, which is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can also enjoy a view of the endless expanse of the sea that is unique and is sure to captivate you anew every day.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
