Our cozy apartment is located in the center of the town of Famara, 150m from the beach, and close to all services (supermarkets, restaurants, playground, etc. ...). It is a first floor, with views of the Mountain of the Risco and the sea.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one ensuite), 2 bathrooms (ensuite with bathtub, and the other with shower), a living room / kitchen and balcony, 110m2 very well distributed, giving a great amplitude to all rooms. We provide board games (chess, snakes and ladders etc), books, DVD, Smart TV, beach towels, shampoos and soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, surfboard rack located on the ground floor. The area is very quiet, free of traffic and noise, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Our goal is to make you feel at home.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
