Televisions with German and Spanish programmes provide entertainment in both the living area and the master bedroom.

An oasis of relaxation awaits you in the outdoor area: the private pool area, which was converted to environmentally friendly salt water in May 2024, is sheltered from the wind and offers a perfect place for sunbathing with its sun loungers. The surrounding terraces invite you to linger, while an additional terrace with a dining table and cosy seating area under a parasol offers space for sociable barbecues. For your privacy, the entire property is surrounded by a wall and there is a sheltered car park at your disposal.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
