A lovely ground floor apartment located on a quiet community on Amarilla golf course, a stone's throw from the ocean with a view of Mount Teide. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (both twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite). There are 2 spacious patios front and back with tables and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and built-in combi-microwave oven.
Visitors have access to 3 community pools, the nearest of which is less than a 100m walk away, and they are heated in winter. The signature 8th hole on Amarilla golf is an excellent location for a sundowner after a long day at the pool or playing golf! The nearby pebble beach is 200m away with a lagoon which offers protected sea swimming. The nearest restaurant is 100m away and many more can be found a pleasant 15-minute walk along the coastal promenade, past the marina. There is a small supermarket 1.5km away, that stocks most essentials, and the main supermarkets are 5km away in Las Chafiras.
Tenerife offers visitors a wide range of activities apart from relaxing on the beach or by the pool. You can go to El Medano for water sports such as wind surfing, kite-surfing and wing-foiling. There is plenty for walkers, cyclists, climbers and paragliders to discover on the island. There are several parks to visit and you can go whale- and dolphin-watching. The island is perfect for golfers with a large numbers of courses to choose from, catering to different abilities and budgets.
