The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and two stair gates. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony and a roof terrace. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets, a bidet and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two microwaves and a stovetop.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
