The 60.000 m2 property has a private path to the top of the mountain Picacho de Los Lázaros where our chapel of Santiago is located and from where you can enjoy spectacular views over the ocean on a one hour hike without leaving the property. This flat is part of a group of 5 and is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining room, TV, piped music, bathroom and terrace-porch. The establishment has a swimming pool, petanque and volleyball courts, children's playground with playhouse and beach sand terrarium, meeting room with library, pingpong table, children's video library...

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
