The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. This modern and fully renovated holiday home offers an idyllic retreat for up to 4 guests. The property features two cozy bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. The spacious living room connects directly to the private terrace, where you can enjoy a heated pool (available for an additional charge), sunbathing on four loungers, or dining at the outdoor table for four. The house is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (300mbs), a Smart TV with international channels, and access to Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video. A cot and high chair are available upon request for families with young children.

Located just 250 meters from the vibrant Yumbo Shopping Centre, guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment options. Playa del Inglés beach is also within walking distance, offering a serene escape with beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. The surrounding area is peaceful and residential, providing a quiet environment for relaxation while being close to the island's lively attractions.

Inside, the bungalow includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the property is kept pristine with a weekly cleaning service for stays longer than 8 nights. Please note that the heated pool option is available for an extra charge of €30 per day, allowing you to enjoy warm water during your stay. A refundable security deposit of $221.17 is required for bookings.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
