Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Apartamentos Barbados". In the centre of Playa del Ingles, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Plaza de Arucas" 75 m, sandy beach "Playa del Inglés" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 32 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
