The holiday home is located in Tauro, an exclusive area in the south of Gran Canaria, it is very central, easily accessible and close to beaches, shops and all kinds of leisure facilities.

On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms: one double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and huge dressing room, two twin bedrooms (with two single beds and an extra bed each) and a terrace with chairs, table and awning.

It is a very spacious villa for a maximum occupancy of 10 people. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine. The dining room has a round marble and glass table and an impressive wood and marble fireplace. The living room has two sofa beds, air conditioning, sliding door to the terrace with views, 46 inch plasma TV, Wii video game console, DVD, many films, satellite TV with international channels. Bathroom on ground floor. Terrace with garden, barbecue area, outdoor sink, 45 m3 swimming pool. The heated pool is lined with natural stone.

Parking is only ten metres away. The holiday home is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Baby cot and high chair can be provided. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are within a five-minute walk, and the beaches of Amadores, Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán, as well as the motorway to Tauro, are also nearby.

From the terraces, gardens and bedrooms you can enjoy the stunning sea and golf views.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
