The holiday home is located on a finca in a great location in the Orotava Valley. The entire property is available to our guests. There is a wonderfully landscaped park on various levels with countless flowers, palm trees and fruit plants. There is always something ripe and ready to pick. There is a cactus and succulent garden as well as a sunbathing lawn and a swimming pool - just for you. During your stay, you will not meet anyone on the property except the gardener.

You will be staying in a beautiful casa with all the necessary amenities. There is a bedroom and a room separate from the living room with another bed for 2 people. There is a kitchen, a bathroom and a washing machine. Directly in front of the house you have access to a 5000 m² plot, which is laid out like a small park with different sections. Our finca feels remote, but is still very centrally located. Shopping facilities and culture are not far away by car or taxi.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
