Detailed information
The stone house dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and is located in the village of San Nicolás de Tolentino, in the southwest of Gran Canaria. It is surrounded by nature, where you will only find two other neighbouring houses. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2000 and offers a total living area of 350 m². It is typical of Canarian architecture to place the bedrooms of a house around the inner courtyard, which is how this traditional house is divided.
The holiday home has a balcony with views of the mountains, furnished with seating. On the ground floor there is an inner courtyard with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool. There is also a roof terrace with chairs and a charcoal barbecue. There are also several parking spaces in front of the house.
The two-storey holiday home has a living room on the ground floor with a sitting area, satellite TV and a small dining table for communal meals. From there you have direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, which is also integrated in the living room, has a ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor is one of the three bathrooms with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with views of the mountains and pine forests, as well as another bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the other side of the courtyard there are two further bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other is a large bedroom with four single beds and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The house has air conditioning and heating for the winter, as well as WLAN connection.
The holiday home is about 80 minutes by car from the airport. The nearest restaurant and bar are about 5 minutes by car from the house. Shops for daily needs are 1 km away in the nearest village. The nearest beach in the village of San Nicolas is about 10 minutes by car. The beach is partly sandy and partly rocky. There are also other sandy beaches along the west coast, where mass tourism has not yet arrived. Next to the house there are many hiking trails through beautiful pine forests and ideal conditions for climbing and mountaineering. in short, this house is ideal for you if you want a holiday away from mass tourism.
The house is adapted for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. Cots and high chairs for children are also available.

Payment terms and -periods
