General

The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a radio, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (for rent).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two coffee makers and a microwave.

Set on a peaceful 1,200 m² plot with beautiful sea views, this lovingly restored finca offers an authentic Tenerife escape with a private heated pool and a tranquil setting. The main house and four renovated outbuildings are arranged around a charming inner courtyard, blending traditional character with modern comfort.

The main house features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom. An additional building houses a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and small dining area, while two further double bedrooms are located in separate annexes and share a spacious bathroom accessed via the patio. Bed linen and towels are provided, while amenities include solar-powered hot water, a photovoltaic system, and Wi-Fi available throughout the main communal areas, terraces, courtyard, and garden.

Outside, guests can enjoy four furnished terraces, some covered, along with a charming roofed hobbit bench beneath a large pine tree. A barbecue area and large outdoor dining table create inviting spaces for al fresco meals and gatherings, while the private heated swimming pool offers the perfect place to unwind. Parking is available for up to three cars.

Located in the peaceful village of El Tanque, surrounded by pine forests and natural beauty, the finca is well placed for exploring Tenerife's highlights, including Mount Teide, Garachico, Puerto de la Cruz, and La Orotava. Families can visit the nearby camel farm, while golf enthusiasts will find an 18-hole course within easy reach.

Details

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Like types B, C, D and E, but for 1-2 people. We recommend booking a rental car. The road to the holiday home is sometimes steep. We recommend booking a rental car. From October to April, two baskets of firewood are included in the rental price.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
