This Villa is located just 15 minutes from the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, within a private banana plantation with a total area of 200,000 square meters. This Villa consists of 3 apartments that can be used by 8 people and with the possibility of accommodating 12 more people in an annexed villa. Finca Los Palmitos is a private property away from external noise, protected by a 3 meter high wall that surrounds the entire property and with private security.

The pool area consists of a Finnish sauna, a chill out area and a terrace with a large outdoor table and chairs under a pergola. The villa also has a large tennis-football court and a barbecue area with wood oven, dining porch, bathroom-toilet and large parking areas. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, cabinets, toiletries, heating and fan. Please note that pool towels, bath towels and all linens are included in the price. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
