The Independent villa has 3 accommodation units with 5 rooms in total with accommodation capacity for 12 people, with 3 indoor and 1 outdoor bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens - dining room, play area, barbecue, organic vegetable garden. We have everything you need for your baby. We have 2 cots and the lingerie. The Seaview villa consists of one Apartment with one double bed bedroom, fully equipped bathroom and a living room-kitchen. A restaured Main house with one bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, a second bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer. The third appartment is in an upper floor and ha a double bed bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and fully equipped bathroom. The Villa is equipped with wifi in all houses.

In the estate there is a beautiful valley with hundreds of plane trees and palm trees and a small beaches and almost wild natural pool about 5 km from the villa (6 minutes). It is also a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Arucas, where you can find the amazing Arucas Cathedral, numerous restaurants, pubs and shops, 15 minutes from the main city center (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and 20 minutes from Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves with many restaurants, beach and leisure areas. In the surroundings there are important archaeological sites such as The painted caves of Gáldar (Caves in Galdar) and gardens that can be visited. It can be accessed by bus, car rental or you can request a transfer service from the airport or port (not included in the price).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
