Apartment block "Paraiso Palm Mar". In the centre of Palm Mar, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. and 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shop 20 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Titsa La Arenita" 230 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3.8 km. Nearby attractions: Playa de Las Americas 11 km, Siam Park 11 km, Masca 43 km, El Teide 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Important note: There are 45 steps to reach the property and there is no elevator.

Payment terms and -periods
