It is located in Arico, a quiet town, with all the necessary services, six kilometers from the beach and in the area of ​​mediocrity of the island, well located halfway to both the south and the north of the island. A house with garden, jacuzzi and barbecue that has all the amenities available at your fingertips.

The house has a washing machine, flat screen TV with satellite TV and all the necessary equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owners are at your disposal if you require it for any request they may need.

The town is known for the many activities that are offered outdoors. Climbing and cycling are two of the sports that attract thousands of people from all over the world to our town every year. Because of its beauty, climate, nature and facilities for it, Arico is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility and quality of your free time.

We speak Spanish, English, German and Dutch (and we are learning French and Russian).

For anything, we are at your disposal.

There are a garden with living areas, a jacuzzi and with outdoor furniture at your disposal. All the land is fenced and there is total privacy. There are a barbecue with views of the sea and the mountains.

The house is completely furnished. All full bedding is provided, with four pillows for each double bed. Likewise, we provide both bath towels and pool / beach towels.

The kitchen has everything you need: rags, cloths, tablecloth, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, juicer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, water heater, toaster,... and endless facilities that we put at your fingertips to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The island is full of practicable beaches of different types. The nearest beach is 5 kilometers by direct road. Arico is a small town but with all the needs covered. At 250 meters there is a little health center where they can attend any incident that may arise. Likewise, just 300 meters from the house, there is the central core of the town where there is a pharmacy, restaurants / bars, butcher, supermarkets and banks.

At the disposal of customers who require it, we can put everything you need to make the little ones comfortable. We have a cot, specific bedding, high chair, proper plates and cutlery and even toys :)

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
