The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). Because of its beauty, climate, nature and facilities for it, Arico is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility and quality of your free time.

We speak Spanish, English, German and Dutch (and we are learning French and Russian).

There are gardens with several living areas, with outdoor furniture at your disposal, plus a large swimming pool that is shared only with one more apartment that is located on the same property. All the land is fenced and there is total privacy. There is an entrance with parking for your use. There are several barbecues by the farm and a complete with oven right next to the pool.

The house is completely furnished. All full bedding is provided, with four pillows for each double bed. Likewise, we provide both bath towels and pool / beach towels.

The kitchen has everything you need: rags, cloths, tablecloth, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, juicer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, water heater, toaster, ... and endless facilities that we put at your fingertips to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The island is full of practicable beaches of different types. The nearest beach is 6 kilometers by direct road. Arico is a small town but with all the needs covered. At 300 meters there is a health center where they can attend any incident that may arise. Likewise, just 200 meters from the house, there is the central core of the town where there is a pharmacy, restaurants / bars, bakery, butcher, florist, supermarkets and banks.

At the disposal of customers who require it, we can put everything you need to make the little ones comfortable. We have a cot, specific bedding, high chair, proper plates and cutlery and even toys :)

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
