Casa Paraíso This villa is situated in a quiet urbanization and very close to the beach, only 1 km away. It is located in the middle of the golf course, in Caleta de Fuste, Antigua. Very close, only 1 km away, we can find the shopping centre with restaurants, leisure, supermarket and clothes shops. The area offers all kinds of entertainment, as well as water sports.

The villa has two floors. The first floor has two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 1,60 cm, and bedroom 2 has two single beds of 0,90 cm each. Both rooms have wardrobe and hangers. On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds of 0,90 cm. as well as a folding bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and fridge, as well as a dining area with all the necessary crockery for eating and cooking. There is also a large dining room with sofa and dining table, as well as cable and satellite TV. Wifi is available.

Large garden with outdoor tables and great barbecue, as well as a relaxation area with sofas. The grounds are fenced. There is outdoor parking and a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols.

The beach is 800m away, as well as the commercial centre with restaurants, leisure, shops and supermarket. You can practice sports such as golf, tennis and water sports.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
