Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, sports facilities and other recreational facilities are within walking distance. The hospital, theatre and cinema are only 15 minutes away. The same time is needed to reach the southern beaches, water park and golf courses. The airport is a ten minute drive away. The climate of the Canary Islands offers countless opportunities for water and outdoor sports.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
