A really beautiful house in the valley of Agaete. You enter the house via the large, partially covered terrace. Parking space at the same level on the small road behind. The terrace is equipped with a spacious dining area and several sun loungers and offers a great view of the green valley of Agete and the mountain massif of the Tamadaba Nature Park. The sea with Tenerife can be seen in the background. Downstairs you come to the spacious, fully glazed living room with a very functional kitchen equipped with everything you need. In the back you will find a bathroom. On the floor below there are two bedrooms and a large balcony. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
