The interior of our house is designed to offer maximum comfort and quality. It has 3 bedrooms with large beds, a sofa bed, and additional elements such as blankets and bathrobes to guarantee a cosy stay. The house has two full bathrooms equipped with hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, first aid kit and soap. In the living room, you will find a TV with international signal and a DVD, as well as a collection of films for the whole family. The kitchen, recently renovated, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, various coffee machines, and all the necessary condiments. In addition, free wifi and air conditioning are provided to ensure a comfortable temperature at any time of the year.

The outdoor area is no slouch in comfort and beauty. It has a spacious porch ideal for relaxing and a garden from where you can admire spectacular sea and mountain views. Enjoy our jacuzzi, adjustable to 35 degrees and equipped with aromatherapy, or a nice dinner outdoors in the barbecue area. We also offer washing machine, dryer, and space to enjoy a tea in the garden, complemented by hammocks for sunbathing.

La Villa de Agaete offers an unrivalled setting, close to the La Suerte urbanisation, which welcomes visitors from Northern Europe from September to March, seeking the warm winter of the Canary Islands. Only 5 km away is Las Nieves beach and a natural stone swimming pool, perfect places to enjoy the sea. Not less important are the nearby restaurants where you can savour the local cuisine on a 300 metre walk, and a multitude of trails surrounding the property, ideal for connecting with nature.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
