Vilafranca de Bonany is a quiet village in the center of the island, where you can get to know the local life from within, among the local people. There is a small grocery store, for your basic needs, and in Manacor or Sineu you will find all other services, like bigger supermarkets, shops, or restaurants. The village is easily connected to other places, like Palma, with its museums, art galleries, and restaurants, Cala Millor with its huge tourist offer, and Cales de Mallorca with its beautiful small coves. Between Vilafranca and Petra, you will find the small hill “Bonany”, with a nice heritage and spectacular views over almost the whole island. Those who love sports find the Museum Xperience of our well-known Rafa Nadal only 12 km away, just a 15-minute drive.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
