General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a bath and two washbasins.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

You can enjoy the wonderful good weather on the island at the extraordinary exteriors of this property. The protagonist is the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.3 to 2 meters. Here, you can cool off after sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. There is also an outside shower. Various corners invite you to relax or taste a delicious barbecue alfresco, such as the large porch overlooking the pool. Young and old can play on the large grass area. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The single-storey house has a traditional and cosy style. Entering from the porch we find the comfortable living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels. Next to it, the dining table for 6 diners. The kitchen offers all the needed equipment to cook during your holidays, as well as a ceramic hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a baby cot, a high chair and oil central heating.

The house is located in the countryside but not far from Manacor that is 4.8 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Porto Cristo, located 10.8 km away, a beautiful and familiar beach with crystal clear waters. The area is full of beaches and coves that are worth visiting such as Cala Petita, Cala Anguila or Cala Romántica. The Caves of Drac are another attractive of the area. For another type of fun, you can visit the Vall d'Or golf course and practice this exciting sport.

The heating works from 7pm to 7 am and a fee must be paid. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
