CASA DEL PUERTO is located in the harbour of Port de Sóller, which is characterised by its historic old town and fishing port. The house is situated on a hill directly opposite the harbour entrance with a fantastic view of the harbour and the open sea. The promenade and the beach of Port de Sóller with its romantic ambience, embedded in the impressive mountain landscape with many shops, cosy restaurants and street cafés and the nostalgic tram to Sóller can be reached on foot in just 6 minutes. The house is located in a quiet residential area / cul-de-sac just 400 metres from the beach promenade. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance (6 min). The property borders directly on a large, undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves. CASA DEL PUERTO has just been completely renovated for letting. The harbour of Port de Sóller is located approx. 28 km north of Palma, in the Tramuntana mountains, in a unique natural bay, only approx. 3 km from Sóller, a charming little town that is one of the most beautiful on the island with its authentic flair, outstanding centuries-old architecture and cosy plaza. Both towns are connected by a regular tram service dating back to 1905. Sóller shares the valley with Fornalutx and the village of Biniaraix. The valley is famous for its orange groves and terraces with ancient olive trees. The legendary artists' village of Deià is just a few kilometres along the coast. Port de Sóller can be reached in around 30 minutes by car from Palma airport. Palma itself is 25 minutes away.

The possibilities for leisure activities in and around Port de Sóller are incredibly varied: all kinds of water sports, diving, boat and yacht hire, scooter hire, hiking, excursions, yoga, golf (20 minutes by car), farmers' markets, arts and crafts.
Sóller is famous for its excellent restaurants - original or upmarket - also in the harbour and in the surrounding area. Local fishermen offer their fresh catch daily in the harbour. The "Gambas de Sóller", with their incomparably nutty and slightly sweet flavour, are a well-known delicacy that is in demand throughout the country. The same applies to the oranges and olives.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
