The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heater. In addition there is a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

A charming finca with a pool in the heart of the island

This lovely finca is located 4 kilometers outside the village of Sineu in the heart of the island. The house accommodates 5 people.

It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and sleeping accommodations for 3 people, as well as a bathroom. The bright and inviting living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area, with its well-maintained lawn, comfortable garden furniture, and barbecue, is ideal for unwinding. And let's not forget the friendly neighbors: the little donkey, "Luis," who always enjoys visitors.

During peak season, there may be increased aircraft noise.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in the holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge the tourist tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kWh/day per person)

- A refundable security deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not permitted.

- To comply with the law, all guests will be required to show identification before entering the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
