This stunning property, situated in a tranquil location on a naturally landscaped and meticulously maintained plot, boasts a swimming pool, numerous trees, and lush greenery. It captivates visitors with breathtaking views and offers ample privacy. On hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the pool and then relax in the shade on the covered terrace. Comfortable sun loungers are already provided.

The villa offers 130 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 people.

The interior of the house is bright and inviting, furnished in a modern style, and tastefully decorated. Everyone will find their perfect spot here, whether on the comfortable sofa in the living room, in one of the charming bedrooms, or outside on the terrace, furnished with inviting garden furniture.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration processes are handled via instant messaging outside of the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message regarding payment.

- Electricity included (3 kWh/day per person)

- A security deposit is required.

- Parties are not permitted.

- To comply with the law, all guests must present identification before entering the property.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the grounds once or several times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
